What you get in every Trefl box

The same standards apply whether it is a 25-piece first puzzle or a 9000-piece wall.

Precision-cut board

Thick board cut to a snug fit, so pieces sit flush instead of curling and the picture stays flat while you build.

Anti-reflection finish

A linen-structure surface coating that kills glare, so the detail stays readable under a lamp rather than washing out.

Compostable packaging

Every plastic element used to package the puzzle is compostable and biodegradable.

Made in the EU

Produced in one of the three largest puzzle factories in Europe, which keeps the supply chain short and the standards consistent.

How do I choose the right piece count?

Under 300 pieces is a single sitting. 500 is an evening. 1000 is a weekend on the dining table. 2000 and up takes days and rewards sorting before you start.

Difficulty is carried by piece count rather than by age, so a confident younger builder will often beat the age on the box.

What if a piece is missing?

Contact our customer service team with the item number printed on the side of the box and we will go through the options with you. Replacement pieces are not available for every title, so we will tell you honestly what we can do rather than promise a piece that does not exist.

Can I frame the finished puzzle?

Yes, and plenty of people do. The board is thick enough to hold together once glued, and the anti-reflection coating means it still reads well behind glass.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders ship domestically from our US warehouse and you will receive tracking when yours goes out. Full detail is in the shipping policy.
