From account to delivery

Set up your account
Wholesale pricing is tied to your approved account. If you have not applied yet, start with the wholesale application. Once approved you will receive an invitation to activate your login.

Case packs and minimums
Products are sold in full case packs. Each item lists its case size, and quantities are ordered in full cases. A case of 6 means you order 6, 12, 18 and so on.

Pricing
Signed-in wholesale accounts see wholesale pricing and distributor accounts see distributor pricing. Retail is shown alongside for reference so you can see your margin at a glance.

Placing your order
Browse the catalog and add items, or use Quick Order to add by item number. Review the cart, confirm case quantities, then choose payment and shipping.

Payment and terms
New accounts are prepaid by card unless terms have been arranged. Approved accounts may be set up on net terms. Contact us to discuss terms for your business.

Tax exemption
Wholesale accounts are set up tax-exempt for resale, so we need your resale certificate or tax ID on file for orders to invoice correctly.

Shipping
Orders ship domestically from our US warehouse and you will receive tracking when yours goes out. Contact us for freight quotes on large orders.

Reorders
Use Quick Order to rebuild a previous purchase order in seconds. Keep your item numbers handy and paste the list to add it all at once.

Use the Quick Order page. Enter your item numbers and case quantities, or paste a list straight out of a spreadsheet, and add everything to your cart at once.
If you see retail pricing anywhere, you are not signed in to your wholesale account.
