1 Set up your account

Wholesale pricing is tied to your approved account. If you have not applied yet, start with the wholesale application. Once approved, you will receive an invitation to activate your login.

After you sign in, your wholesale pricing appears automatically on every product page and in your cart. If you see retail pricing, you are not signed in to your wholesale account.

2 Case packs and minimums

Products are sold in full case packs. Each item lists its case size, and quantities are ordered in full cases (for example, a case of 6 means you order 6, 12, 18, and so on). At checkout, quantities are confirmed to full cases.

3 Pricing

Signed-in wholesale accounts see wholesale pricing. Distributor accounts see distributor pricing. Retail (MSRP) is shown for reference so you can see your margin at a glance.

4 Placing your order

• Browse the catalog and add items, or use Quick Order to add by SKU.
• Review your cart, confirm case quantities, and proceed to checkout.
• Choose your payment method and shipping, then submit.

5 Payment and terms

New accounts are prepaid by card unless terms have been arranged. Approved accounts may be set up on net terms; contact us to discuss terms for your business.

6 Tax exemption

Wholesale accounts are set up as tax-exempt for resale. If your account is new, please have your resale certificate on file with us so orders invoice correctly.

7 Shipping

Orders ship domestically from our US warehouse. You will receive tracking when your order ships. Reach out for freight or large-order shipping quotes.

8 Reorders

Use Quick Order to rebuild a previous purchase order in seconds. Keep your item numbers handy and paste your list to add it all at once.
