Who can open a wholesale account?
Any business buying Trefl products for resale, from a single-location shop to an online retailer or distributor. Start with the wholesale application and we will follow up quickly.
Is there a minimum order?
Products are sold in full case packs and each item shows its case size. There is no large opening order required, so order the cases you need. Contact us with questions about a specific item.
How do I see my wholesale pricing?
Sign in to your approved wholesale account. Your pricing then appears automatically on product pages and in the cart, with retail shown alongside so you can see your margin. If you see only retail pricing, you are not signed in.
What payment methods do you accept?
New accounts are prepaid by card. Established accounts may be approved for net terms. Reach out to discuss terms for your business.
Do I need a resale certificate?
Yes. Wholesale accounts are set up tax-exempt for resale, so we need your resale certificate or tax ID on file. Include it on your application or send it to treflusa.cs@gmail.com.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship domestically from our US warehouse, typically within a few business days, and you will receive tracking when yours goes out. Contact us for freight quotes on large orders.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Let us know within a reasonable window of receiving your order and we will make it right. Email treflusa.cs@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
Can I sell Trefl products online?
Many of our partners sell in store and online. Contact us for our current guidelines on online listings and marketplaces so the brand stays consistent for everyone.
How do I reorder quickly?
Use the Quick Order page. Enter your item numbers and case quantities, or paste your list, and add the whole order to your cart at once.
